Springwater Events will make sure everything goes as planned on your "Big Day"

  • Meeting to establish event timetable and review details; No less than 2 weeks prior to event (2 Hour Maximum)

  • Direct rehearsal according to event timetable (3 hr max)

  • Direct event (8 hr, 2 location maximum

GET ME STARTED” PACKAGE          $750.00

This package is for the person who wants to complete most of the planning themselves but needs help getting the ball rolling and someone to make sure everything goes as planned the day of the event. 

·         Meeting to prepare budget and make vendor, design and venue recommendations (Maximum 4 hours)

·         Accompany you to 2 vendor meetings (5 hour Maximum)

·         All services included in “The Big Day” package.

“DO IT ALL” PACKAGE                      $1500.00                                                                                                                                  

This package is for the bride that wants to leave all the coordination to someone else.  Every detail will be planned and presented for approval including:

·         Budget Preparation

·         Theme and color selection recommendations

·         Invitation design (assembly and mailing priced separately)

·         All vendor and venue selections, scheduling, deposits and payments coordinated

·         All details coordinated day of event

BIRTHDAY, RETIREMENT PARTY                                                                                                                                      

Complete planning package for any event (birthday, retirement,  corporate grand openings,  etc.) 

·         Budget preparation

·         Event theme with invitation, location selection and tablescape design

·         Accompany you to up to 4 vendor meetings (8 hour maximum)

·         Follow-up with all selected vendors for confirmation of services

·         Direct all vendors day of event (8 hour maximum)

NON-PROFIT FUNDRAISING EVENTS                                                                 

Non-profit fundraising events-galas, silent auctions, casino nights, etc.

·         Monthly/weekly meetings with volunteer committees

·         Attend all vendor meetings with appropriate committee chairs

·         Coordinate venue selection and set-up

·         Direct all vendors and volunteers day of event


·         Theme selection

·         Invitation and tablescape design

·         Catering menu selection and coordination

·         Venue selection

·         Day of event set-up and vendor coordination

CONSULTATION  SERVICES                                $75.00 HOURLY RATE

·         Consultation to review and prepare event budget, offer vendor suggestions, design event themes.  Events that exceed package hourly maximums will be charged the consultation hourly rate for additional hours.
